The name of the project is "I am the school,the school is me " It is a metofor that provides for the staff training to prevent early school leaving for high schools of Directorate of Keçiören District National Education.Under the view of this aim ,there are supportive aims; Other purposes at the same time while performing this goal to be acquired in courses abroad and language skills to contribute to the experience, learn the European dimension of education, to increase cross-cultural communication. For this purpose, in cooperation with abroad courses be provided to the purpose of our organization is determined by the need to run after detection. At the same time Keçiören Guidance and Resarch Centre was also included as a reduction of school dropout to its general aims. Participants generated a total of 10 people from the staff of the consortium. Activities will be prepared; 1. preparation activities under the language preparation, cultural preparation will be done. 2. Course activities will be carried out. 3 Course activities connected to the District Directorate of Education for high school teachers and parents will be given. After training events will be held for the students. 7-day training will be carried out in cooperation with the course. Short term expected benefits Trainees will be experienced in new training methods and techniques Will be aware of the European dimension of education. After training 250 teachers and parents will be trained. Potential long-term benefits: Prejudices against students from school will be demolished. Will increase the sense of belonging to the school. Course success will increase. Communication with teachers will increase in a positive direction. Communication with students and parents about parent education will increase. Students will increase the quality. Students will feel happy.
