We live in a time in itself Europe constantly to new challenges is up. Consider one the present refugee's crisis. Today these duties can be mastered and in the future only by people, they in the situation are to be thought European and to act. Therefore, these are importantly teachers who form the children from tomorrow and educate for this job to prepare. Today we must give the European thought to our children and enable them for intercultural action. The view of our school, our board and our schoolboys has shown us that we ourselves are not prepared for it yet enough and can prepare therefore our schoolboys also for these duties still not enough. Therefore, the planned project should give the possibility to teachers and children, experiences with other people to make which culture, knowledge and living conditions so that these own experiences form basis for the development of a European thinking and action. Four qualified basic schoolteachers with different professional combinations take part in the project first. They order English of a good linguistic competence. For the aimed projects the teachers absolutely need the bigger competence in the project management which will develop by the planned advanced training events. We expect from the project new impulses for the development of our school, the opening in a bigger dimension and long-term use for the board and the development of our schoolboys. They become cosmopolitan, more tolerant and more understanding in dealing with all people from other countries. For our school life we aim at the development of forms of democratic schoolboy's co-determination. The children should be involved increasingly in decisions for the school and experience thereby democracy consciously. These experiences strengthen her personalities and enable to trade them in difficult situations competently.
