The proposed project called "Learning Teacher, Learning School" is an Erasmus Plus School Education Staff Mobility. The participants of the project will be chosen from 45 teachers and administrators of Kırıkkale Atatürk Anatolian High School. Via this project, fourteen teachers working on school management, counselling and consulting services and education and training services will get pedagogical education for two weeks in courses situated in Europe. The project will be held in educational institutions operating in Holland, Spain , Germany and Italy. With this project the teachers will be trained on vocational guidance in Spain; time and stress management in Germany; leadership in Italy; and the methods of developing visual and audial materials in Holland. Our project supports Smart Growth Strategies indicated in the 2020 strategy of European Union, the plans of decreasing early school leaving, the aims of developing IT based learning applications, the aims of recognition of skills and competences clearly and the aims of vocational guidance and career planning. Our project also supports Fatih Project applied by Turkish Educational Ministry and the aims of creating an information society which is indicated in the strategic plans of our country. This project will be a good educational opportunity for a wide range of young teachers who have just started their career to the experienced teachers. Raising the European awareness and improving the ability of modern foreign languages of the participants is aimed in this project. Moreover this project aims to provide the participants a continuity in their professional development by supporting their lifelong learning aims. This project will start on 1st September 2015. It will be carried out in four courses in four different European countries for twelve months.
