Education in Nursing, Emergency Medical Technician and Anesthesia fields is provided to our students in our school. Our project content, in the basic sense, is to make the students who will be selected in three educational fields in our school, work internships related in their areas in the organizations provided by our partners in Spain, Portugal and the Czech Republic. The project is prepared to meet, in regional sense, the need of health sector for intermediate staff which is the opening goal of our school. It is one of the primary purposes of student education to provide students with the new and various application facilities in vocational training. It is also among our goals that the students who will participate in project activities go a step ahead of their coequals in professional and personal senses. Offering our students a new training chance that they cannot obtain in our school, in our city, even in our country will have many benefits also in personal meaning. With the project we have prepared for these purposes, it is intended for 45 various 10 and 11- grade students to do internship study in their fields abroad, in active healthcare organizations. Our participants are high school students between the ages of 15-18. Overseas mobility will be conducted in the form of mixed groups in gender and will be performed by forming student groups according to the institutional structure of our foreign partners. Three different mobilities will be carried out in the scope of the project. Our first mobility will be conducted with the partnership of a private health institution named Clinoba Clinica Nova De Barcelos located in Barcelos, Portugal; with the participation of 15 students and three accompanying instructors, between 04/01/2015 and 02/02/2015. The second mobility activity will be performed with the organization of the health vocational high school named Stredni Zdravotnicke Skole in Prague, capital of Czech Republic between 01/03/2015 and 29/03/2015. Fifteen students and three accompanying instructors will participate in mobility activity. The third and the last of the mobility activities to be implemented within the project will be carried out between 05/10/2015 and 06/06/2015; with the partnership of IMOT Agency located in the city of Cadiz in Spain that was founded by vocational training specialists and which has years of experience in EU projects. 15 students and three accompanying instructors will participate in the third mobility activity as well. Our foreign partners will contribute to the preparatory work required for the activities held in their countries in the project. Holding all the organizations during the overseas activities, they will provide all kinds of logistical support that students and accompanying persons will need. Following the completion of mobilities, within their institutional facilities, they will organize dissemination activities in their own countries and will be responsible for delivering all documents and information required for the final report to our school. The school will be responsible for the performance of all activities related to functioning of the project, in form of serving the project purposes. Overseas partners and domestic businesses such as travel agents, insurance agents, etc. which will provide support to our project will be enabled or detected by our vision over their processes in accordance with business objectives. Students to join our project activities are aimed to be the individuals who are equipped, in their fields, with the required knowledge of the era; who have taken the EU culture with the knowledge of foreign languages, recognizing different cultures and new technologies related to their fields. Considering the long-term, with our students to graduate from our school, highly positive developments can be observed in meeting the needs in our country where the health sector lacks trained and qualified intermediate staff. Our students will be assured to be professional staff who are successful, having no employment problem and preferred in business as well.
