The project will involve students of Forestry, Health care and Wood technology orientation. The basic objective of mobility is to gain practical experience, skills and qualifications gained in the workplace. In this way, the education connects to the working area, which further motivates students for the profession for which they are training. It strengthens networking of educational institutions to the working environment. It allows mutual learning, benchmarking and optimization of specific work practices. A student will develop main competencies: their self-image, he/she will strengthen the European consciousness and communicating in a foreign language and use of ICT technology. He/she acquires new work experience, gains invaluable skills in a diverse society, its experience with others. We expect that participants will learn about the work environment, standards of practice, methods and forms of employment, the rules that shape the work area, and they will train and acquire basic skills to pursue a profession. They will gain the Europass document. This will be the basis for the recognition of acquired skills to the program within the educational curriculum (in part or in whole practical training with work, partly or fully by a professional module). A special attention will be given to a group of forestry students how to focus on forest management and wildlife, a group of health care students will have special attention to forms and ways of geriatric health care for better and active aging, the group of students for wood processing will work especially on use of environmentally acceptable methods of processing wood. Mobility will be implemented from September 2014 to September 2015. We will perform them in the form of three-week training sessions in cooperation with partners in FI, SE or CZ.
