Result of the partnership and implementation of project is the prep.of the student who are after the completion of internship and later studying ready to apply acquired knowledge in practice. work at workplaces under the guidance of mentors deepen skills and contribute to new competencies in technical subjects lang. prep.before and during internship and stay in Engl., resp. Ger. –speak. environment improve lang. and com. knowledge and skills stay in the new environ. positively affects the personal develop. of internship participants, especially the development of self-reliance, self-discipline.We expect the students to be more confident, their independence increase pupils get to know a new country, culture, people and their mentality. They will better understand the cultural differences between countries, they will respect foreign customs pupils are integrated to work collective, fullfil work tasks, act independently, or consult their mentors. They learn teamwork work with PC and office equipment and modern machinery has a positive impact on the development of ICT skills -proof of their abroad experience and the E M increases the chances of students with employers in the CR. and EU.
