SPSS Vsetin want to expand our range of specialist vocational training, not only of the new Czech company, but we want to give students an insight into the style of work and technological equipment of foreign companies in the field they study. In this context, we decided to send the top 19 students of the second and third class of their studying of 23-41-M / 01 Mechanical Engineering and the top 5 students of the second and third class of ther studying of 63-41-M/01 Economy for a three-weeks professional internship in Austria, namely the city of Wien. The first group of students (7 students of mechanical engineering and 5 students of economy) will travel in March 2017 and the second group (12 students of mechanical engineering) will travel in May 2017. We have already established a relationship with modern companies which are open for receiving our students - ISW Refinersysteme & Fertigungstechnik GmbH and Schiebel. Among the students there are not just the students with good grades, behaviour, character, but there are also students from socially disadvantaged families, for whom this will be the first opportunity to go abroad.Working stay in a foreign country also bring to them the opportunity to learn the technological or economical background in Austrian companies especially the way they work. They will able to also practice their everyday communication in the English or German language with an emphasis on technical terminology and it is motivating them to learn another foreign language. We have agreed with our partner on the joint development of all relevant contracts required before traveling to the requirements of the Czech National Agency. Every company, also ISW Refinersysteme & Fertigungstechnik GmbH and also Schiebel, will provide an accommodation and 3x meals per day near the workplace, monthly public tickets, two cultural programs in Wien. Our school provides transportation via private bus operators, full travel insurance and we are ready to create a preparatory hours for students before they leave, which prepare our students by linguistically and psychologically to a new life experience.We want to create a tradition of regular international internships for our students. We want to become an inevitable part of the school curriculum. We also want to follow modern trends in the field of engineering and economy students and convey an internship in the workplace immediately. Our school will be able to pre-prepare for possible new ways of working which appears abroad and have the potential to succeed on the Czech market. Also in this way increase the possibility of the application of students in the labor market.
