More than 60% of students in our school come from socially disadvantaged families (unemployed parents, motherless child, divorced parents). From previous experience we know that the opportunity to acquire professional training abroad is beneficial to students and motivate them to continue in their studies and to enable further developed skills in these fields.The aim of the project is to provide opportunities to gain experience in foreign companies for students 2nd and 3rd year for three weeks in the months of October and November 2016 for the following fields of study:- Technology and operation of transport - 2-2 students in Italy and Austria,- Mechanic of computer networks - 2 students in Italy,- Mecahnic electrician - 3-3 students in Italy and Austria,and training branch:- Car mechanic - 2-3 students in Italy and Austria.For students from economically and socially disadvantaged environment, this form of technical experience on the real labor market is a unique form of development and represents a unique opportunity of learning from the foreign, recognized and qualified professionals.Furthermore, the internship participants have the opportunity to develop language competencies in English and German. Foreign vocational training is aimed to increase the knowledge level from the professional point of view and to improve the quality of practical skills and knowledge of participants. The objectives of the project were based on expertise, profile and needs of the participants:1. to acquaint with new technological procedures to increase the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market / technology and operation of transport - excluding service, diagnostic and repair work, the participants acquainted with the role and work of the foreman in foreign companies, mechanic of computer networks - will improve the maintenance PC, brush up technical terms in English, get familiar with innovation in mobile applications, mechanic electrician - is introduced to new types of electric propulsion systems, car mechanic - Improves the routine work in repair workshops which increase their competitiveness in the labor market.2. deepen theoretical knowledge and improve their skills; application of theoretical knowledge in practiceImplementing of the project activities contribute to fulfill the needs of schools, which are:- Regularly attend the ERASMUS-mobility projects- Build new relationships with foreign companies and long-term cooperation with them,- Arouse students to be interested in travel, mobility, openness and multi-cultural integrity,- Development of professional, managerial and organizational competence of teachers,- Regular curriculum development - incorporated knowledge of internships,- Internationalization of vocational subjects.
