The selection was based on the tender that was reviewed by the criterions (study of the exact subject, achievement in the subjects, active approach to learning and school, language knowledge among participants internships in Germany etc.) Teaching staff were chosen following the development of cooperation in vocational education in the field of Fire protection with partner schools in Saxony .Pupils and teachers were supported by sending organizations by ensuring all requirements, such as the preparation of vocational and leisure time program, field trips, accommodation, catering, transportation, excursions and insurance. Receiving and intermediary organizations ensured smooth on-site and identified mentors of individual participants.
The project helped with professional and personal development of the participants, improved language skills, improved communication skills, increased self-confidence and even natural healthy respect for other professions.
