The Project "Professional experience in tourism techniques" has been prepared under the cooperation of three partner organizations from the Czech Republic, Spain and Italy.The aim of the project is to allow high school students a professional experience abroad in the techniques of providing services in tourism and in leisure education. The idea is to supplement the theoretical instruction learnt at school by performing activities in a true environment of the labor market that can not be simulated in the school environment.Internships are planned in six runs for 48 students. In each run, the trainees will be accompanied by one accompanying person.The basic activities include the creation of residential and waypoints itineraries, practical client guiding, creation and implementation of animation programs, tour-operating services, organizing educational trips, creation of informational books (or presentation), and work at an information reception.Students intern will gain practical skills in their professional focus, deepen their knowledge of a foreign language, learn about the culture, cuisine and way of life in the countries involved in the project.The project will deepen international cooperation and ensure the transfer of information between businesses and schools, will allow companies to choose the trainee's potential future collaborators.Internships graduates receive certificates signed by both the sending and receiving organizations and Europass, certifying the accomplishment of experience abroad, agiving them a better chance to find a job after graduation.The project will apply the principles of ECVET, for each run there are three learning units based on the learning fields from 63 to 41 - M / 01 Economy and business focused tourism, tourism and recreology.Name of units of learning:1. Guiding and delegate services;2. Work in the hotel receptionists and information services;3. Complementation and practical design of an animation program.In the long run the project will bring significant growth of knowledge, skills and competencies of pupils and will enhance learning in school by the current information from the real business environment and the labor market.
