The project mission is to develop education and training framework on the subject of occupational safety and health (OHS). Education and training will benefit several target groups - vocational students in technical disciplines as well as middle and low-level managers, OSH specialists and general employees in enterprises.Academic staff of several technical vocational Schools in Serbia will work together with OSH specialist from companies, staff of governmental Directorate for OSH. With steering from EU partners, they will jointly develop teaching material, syllabi and curricula, both for formal education of vocational students and for training the trainers who will provide enhanced training of a wider workforce population. A pilot vocational qualification in OHS will also be developed and accredited, offering a new opportunity for structured and recognized lifelong learning.
