The project is aimed to the teachers, the school headmistress and the school staff. The aim of the project is to support personal and professional development of teachers with several years of work experience in education. Participants will take part in the course about the innovative educational methods, the use of computer technology and English language course. These courses are aimed to prevent the burnout of the professional development of teachers and help to develop their creativity. They are going to improve their skills of using English language and the ability of using computer technology. The cooperation as a group of teachers will help in better organization of educational process at school and encourage to find contacts with other schools or organizations abroad. The participants are teachers of young children and teachers of different subjects from second stage of education ( class 4-6). After training, participants will use creative teaching methods increasing students motivation for learning and strengthen their self-esteem. The level of teaching English will raise thanks to improving the skills of using computer technology and using it the classroom. Overcoming language and cultural barriers will encourage participants to establish international cooperation with other schools or institutions, according to the European School Development Plan. The project will be disseminated among the local and European communities in the press and on the Website.
