According to the European employment report and the figures from the National Statistical Institute, Bulgaria has the highest percentage of unemployment among young people at the age of 15 to 24( 28,3% by September 2013). A number of analyses on European( EU Youth Strategy 2010-2018) as well as on national level( National Youth Guarantee Implementation 2010- 2020) show that the basic factors for youth unemployment are low level of education; lack of qualifications; key skills and work experience; a loss of motivation due to the fact that employers first make redundant unskilled workers. In this context, the objectives of the project “Educational mobility for high standarts of European culinary art” were aimed at being a part of EU common strategy- “Europe2020”. By implementing them achieved in cooperation with our German partner F+U Sachen gGmbH European standarts in training of students from Agricultural Vocational Secondary school “Kliment Timiriazev”. The trainees acquired and improved knowledge and skills necessary for becoming good professionals. By accomplishing the aims of the project we facilitated the participants in entering the labour market as competitive, highly motivated and realizing the advantages of chosen professions. There were several basic activities which provided smooth and trouble-free project implementation. Activity №1 was project organization and management. It covered the responsibility of carrying out working meetings between the three parties of Educational mobility. The Principal Agricultural Vocational Secondary School “Kliment Timiriazev”, the Contractor F+U Sachsen gGmBH and the participants.
