The Proposal aims to develop a a programme to support strategic sectoral clustering and networking within the Region to bring key businesses and stakeholders together to establish and promote a knowledge and experience-sharing environment of entrepreneurial and business development, at an operational level.The Construction Cluster will facilitate 60 ambitious businesses from the NW region to explore new business opportunities based on new technology and export markets.
