We are a public school that offers education for adults over 18 years old, basic leanings (initial teaching certification and secondary education for adults). Started teaching a foreign language (English and German) and digital literacy as well as teaching Spanish for foreigners are also offered, along with other preparatory courses of different tests to return to the educational system.We are a group of 5 teachers interested in training within the Key Action 1 related to adult education staff mobility for learning reasons and observational period. Desired outcomes are, especially, increased motivation for learning and decreased scholar failure and truancy using ICT and social media as a teaching resource for teachers and a learning tool for students, without forgetting the importance of language treatment as a vehicle of transmission of the contents given by the teachers, for what is essential that the methodology of language teaching includes an active use of the language where ICT play a necessary role for their total development and management in the classroom.It is a project for the training of teacher participants, in order to get skills and abilities to achieve an improvement in the use of new information and communication technologies in the classroom as a learning tool, in order to increase student motivation and try to eliminate the school truancy and school failure in our education centre.
