The project is a response to the needs of participants, as well as their families and educational institutions from which they recruit, but also employers and their associations, as well as the whole region, they come from. Main participant's needs are to acquire knowledge and the acquisition of practical skills in the field of ecological technology in agriculture. Lessons learned undoubtedly will convert into better farms management. The correctness of this assumption may be proved by previous experience in LdV internships implementation. The ability to operate modern agricultural equipment and innovative cultivation techniques will allow future farm owners for more efficient and growth-oriented management of their farms. The acquisition of qualifications and professional skills will have significantly positive impact on the personal development of the project participants. In addition, the acquisition of basic skills to communicate in a foreign language will significantly increase the mobility of participants, and thus enable them to conduct effective and efficient collaboration with foreign partners.Educational institutions needs, which the project corresponds to include: increased participation, quality and attractiveness of practical training, enrichment of learning, thus improving the competitiveness of the institution in the education market, and increasing experience of the educational staff.The project, by providing highly skilled professionals also corresponds to the needs of family farms, as well as the needs of regional employers.
