The project is implemented by the School Food in collaboration with the Spanish company "Tribeka".Participants of the foreign internship will be in 2 groups of 16 people learning in the professions: technician of hospitality management(hotelier) and technician of advertising with an attendant. In each group there will be 8 technicians of hospitality management (hoteliers) and 8 technicians of advertising.Practices will be completed for three weeks in 4 hotels and 4 advertising agencies.They will be:-Hotel La Chancla - www.lachanclahotel.com- Hotel NH Málaga - www.nh-hoteles.es- Hotel Astoria - www.eurostarsastoria.com- Hotel Silken Porta - www.hoteles-silken.com - Garage de ideas - www. garajedeideas.com- Angel Arenas at La Termica - www.latermicamalaga.com- VivaGym Communication and marketing dipartment - www.vivagym.es- Agencia Cuatrocento- www. cuatrocento.es.They will work in pairs. The curriculum is a continuation of the school curriculum in both professions. The priority for schools is to improve the quality and attractiveness of vocational education through the "European dimension of education", combine theory with practice, strengthen the links between the worlds of education and work.The main objective of the project is to increase the international mobility of young people, raise professional competence, personal, intercultural and language, acquire new theoretical knowledge and gain experience and raise practical skills in professions:hotelier and technician of advertising.The aim of the practice is also to prepare participants to perform the work and an active role in the changing labor market, meet the expectations of the employers in the hospitality industry and advertising. An important element of the practice is that young people will use the professional terminology in English, expand it and develop language skills. The aim of the internship is also to get "added value" - which is the holding of extra practice, to enable the participants to know the real environment of work in another country and another culture, encourage openness, independence and cooperation in the international group. The strategic objectives of youth participation in the project are as follow: to increase the attractiveness of their profile as a potential employee, adapted to the standards and requirements of the European labor market, develop practical arrangements for the implementation of the program content in terms of the direction of education, comparing the skills acquired in the course of professional practice in the country with acquired during foreign practice. Offer pupils contact with the world of production on the stage of learning, the school gives them important advantages of successful entry into the labor market.Expected hard results are as follow: to get Europass Mobility and certificates confirming the internship and thus obtained additional professional qualifications, enhance the attractiveness of the participants at the local, national and European labor market, improve communication skills in English and Spanish, develop key competencies under the implementation of the core curriculum. Expected soft results are awaken students' curiosity, openness to others, increase self-confidence in dealing with future employers and clients, skills development co-operation in multicultural teams and multinational, entrepreneurial attitudes. Benefit from the implementation of international practice is to develop students' specific learning outcomes in the form of new skills, new knowledge, new linguistic, cultural and interpersonal skills. Participation in the project will help students in shaping their European awareness and attitudes of acceptance and tolerance towards people of other nationalities. Long-term effect related to the implementation of the project is to show participants how attractive can be vocational training, and also indicate the importance of mobility, through which young people can raise their professional skills and thus its attractiveness on the labor market to potential employers. Foreign practice will be implemented over a period of three weeks in the following periods of time:First group: 06 – 24 March, 2017.Second group: 09- 27 October, 2017.
