There will be 16 students in the project, in the area concerning computer games design. They are learning to be Digital Graphics Technician and Teleprocessing Technician. Another 16 students will take part in the area of the latest solar energy technology. Those students learn to be Electronic and Electrical Technician. Each group will be attended by two teachers from ZSE school. In this project we want to combine the teaching profiles in our school, so we concentrate on the subjects which are not only innovative and concordant with the syllabus, but also offering opportunity to share experience and interdisciplinary knowledge.Modern technologies are an indispensable element on the job market. Despite the fact that our school has well equipped workshops at its disposal and the facilities are fairly often modernised, we still encounter problems with providing high quality work placements for our students, where they could gain valuable experience with the latest technologies. By taking part in Erasmus+ project we believe such an experience might be attainable. The computer games design training offered by Game Kitchen company within work experience, along with creating animations plus using the Visual Studio 2015 tools, has a direct impact on preparation of the participants for qualification examinations. The UNITY program is an application for creation of 3D and 2D games designed for Mac OS X, Windows, internet browsers, Apple devices and Android system. Another program, Visual Studio 2015, is a complex integrated programmer’s environment designed for making awesome applications for Windows, Android and iOS systems. For the students the project will be a part of the preparation for the qualification examinations. The Digital Graphics Technician students – preparation for A25 (Multimedia Projects); the Teleprocessing Technician students – preparation for E13 (LAN Design and Administration), E16 (WAN Assembly and Maintenance). All the examinations take place in 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively. The SAFA work experience program, concerning the latest solar energy technology, allows the Electrical / Electronic Technician students for combined preparation for professional examinations. Electrical Technician – E08 (Assembly and Maintenance of Electrical Installations), June 2018, E24 (Maintenance of Electrical machines and installations), January 2019. The Electronic Technician students will take E06 qualification (Making Electronic Installations) June 2018, and E20 (Maintenance of Electronic Installations) June 2019.The project makes it easier to develop the language skills indispensable on the EU job market: learning responsibility and student autonomy, personal development, job mobility on EU employment market through the aquisition of the specialist language and mastering communication skills. As the more direct effect on the participants we should mention a greater job motivation, independence, responsibility for actions and decisions, higher self-esteem, tolerance, openess to other cultures, religions and lifestyles. Another positive aspect of this project is the support of the European co-operation in the field of professional training in the years of 2011-2020 described in the Bruges Communiqué. Thanks to the possibility of professional learning abroad the participants could increase their employability and can contribute to the economical growth. Due to practical experience in European training systems the students will achieve greater mobility on EU employment market. We believe the realisation of the project will promote the innovative methods of professional/vocational training, job mobility and syllabus extension.
