The aim of four-week practice of 60 students of the Stanisław Staszic Secondary Schools Complex No 3 in Nowa Sól is practical training of mechanics and dry liners. Mechanical Technicians familiarize themselves with diagnosing faults, repairing modern mechanical systems in vehicles and technical devices. Participants familiarize themselves with basic diagnostic equipment, tooling of work stand in a specialized service company. Working together with mechanics they will acquire new skills of discerning faults and practical skills of repair, assembly of technical devices including vehicles. Programme participants also familiarize themselves with practical maintenance and repair of damaged mechanical and mechatronic systems. During technical control they will familiarize themselves with technical devices enabling obtaining information necessary for correct supervising and performing service repairs, technical and technological novelties, subassembly logistics in motor vehicles. They will perfect individual skills of cooperation in repair and maintenance of Volkswagen service. Students broaden general discernment in technical novelties of mechanical and technological systems connected with production-assembly line in BMW Group Leipzig and Volkswagen service. They will monitor modern methods of manufacturing with use of cutters, machine tools and CNC machines. Construction companies will teach dry liners to perform assembly, indoor and outdoor winterizing of building walls, dry lining together with special technique of laying smooth surfaces preceding further finishing works, plastering, assembling wet and dry gypsum plasterboards, indoor and outdoor lining, painting the walls and restorative plasterwork repairs. Field experience of youth in modern service and building companies will enable acquiring numerous new vocational skills, better preparation for work requiring high qualifications on the local market of services and small enterprise. Acquired skills will be confirmed with a certificate. Certification will be conducted by the Principal of Secondary Schools Complex No 3 Nowa Sól. Monitoring of the training will be conducted by all Partners of implemented project. Evaluation and popularizing of the results will be conducted by the Beneficiary and coordinating Partner Europa Haus Association in Lipsk.
