The Primary School in Wola Różaniecka wants to catch up to European standards of education, hence the main objective of the project is to improve the qualifications of teaching staff and language skills of its participants, exchange of experience among teachers who learn in schools with similar profiles in various European countries, understanding and comparing the functionality of the partner schools, getting to know examples of good practices and new approaches in elementary education, improve the content of teaching using modern methods and communication technologies.The project will be attended by teachers of general education; early childhood education teachers and kindergarten of varying seniority. Each has a pedagogical training to work with children and young people and is qualified to teach a particular subject. The project is scheduled 9 mobilities.During the project, the following actions will be performed: in the first phase, the establishment of the Selection Committee, which will draw up the rules, announce the competition and select trainees. The next step will specify the specific programs Mobility and prepare the participants for the trips, trips to schools in the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Malta. Training, classroom observations functioning of educational institutions, chatting with colleagues from other countries. The next step is the dissemination of gained experience after return to the country, meeting with the city authorities, principals and teachers from other schools, publications, articles, reports, photos and evaluation of all stages of the project.The project will contribute the future collaboration with other schools. Teachers will improve their professional skills, new working methods will contribute to the improvement of learning outcomes. Teaching staff will initiate activities that involve other target groups for the implementation of similar projects. Implementation of the project will improve cooperation with the local community, encourage teachers to improve their language skills.
