Nowatorskie podejście do edukacji gwarancją sukcesu szkoły.
Start date: Sep 1, 2016, End date: May 31, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

The main purpose of our project named “ The innovative approach to education a guarantee of school success” is the improvement of learning quality through different activities inspired by European courses and international contacts made during those courses. They will contribute to the enhancement of pro-European actions in our school and local environment as well as effective shaping of European awareness of our students, teachers and parents.Developing better language competences of our teachers and their innovative approach towards taught subjects could inspire other staff members to similar activities. We would like to be prepared to satisfy young people’s interests and needs. The project objectives were based on analysing school needs and European Development Plan, which was prepared in teamwork. It has been proved that the school requires innovative teaching methods in order to obtain a greater number of candidates and have a good name in the local communityTen teachers will be immediate recipients of the project. They teach foreign languages, entrepreneurship, arts, Polish, biology (headmistress), maths, PE. They are open to new challenges and aware of the constant necessity of professionalization ; they are ready to share acquired knowledge and competences and eager to implement them. Some of them have already gained valuable experience participating in previous European programmes. Each participant will familiarise themselves with the country they are going to visit, its culture and traditions. In two cases there will be necessary to give teachers special support in gaining foreign language skills. All of them will be prepared to present our country, region and school. The professionalisation of our staff , sharing gained knowledge and skills within school will enable to explore modern technologies in teaching foreign languages and maths as well as other subjects with time. By applying attractive and innovative approaches to teaching we will enhance students’ motivation. This could increase their chances for success in competitions and exams. We will develop their entrepreneurship and leadership skills in a more effective way. We will promote physical activities among students. We will create atmosphere which will foster implementation of European projects and creativity of our teachers. The dissemination of the project results and its effects on school will improve school image in the local community. An important success criterion will be the growing number of candidates to our school as well as more students eagerly participating in extra-curriculum activities. The long term effect will be a modern, open school where development each person is a priority and this school is a friendly environment where everybody is able to develop the key competences indispensable to all Europeans.
