Project "Innovative methods of adult education for the future of Europe" responding to the need of react by adult education to the challenges currently facing the European Union, particularly in the context of the refugee crisis and social reaction to it. Four organizations experienced in working with adults (from Poland, Spain, UK and Italy) want to share their best techniques and methods of working to find an answer how to incorporate representatives of marginalized groups, and how to form a public opinion to further emphasize core values as openness and respect for others.We want this project to be only the first step, and that produced results will be then concretely translated into action. We assume that the results will be learning programmes, implementation plans and future projects working with new techniques and methods directly with target groups.With training meetings (devoted to such techniques as participatory video and storytelling) addressed to employees and representatives of target groups, we will find practical application of these techniques to work with the aforementioned groups. Each organization will be able to freely develop their programmes with national challenges in the implementation of migration policy. Moreover, the resulting programmes will be available to other interested entities to share in an open and free elaborated results.
