North European Innovation Camp
North European Innovation Camp
Start date: Feb 1, 2012,
North European Innovation Camp, a six day long transnational youth seminar, takes place mid April 2012 in Gentofte, Denmark . 40 youth, four boys and four girls (15-17 years of age) from from Sweden, Norway, Germany, Poland and Denmark will through structured dialogues and activities prepare for the core of the seminar, a 48 hour non-stop Innovation Camp. Through out the seminar the youth will be working in six transnational basic groups, realising innovativ thinking and acting can be a way to gain results and reach goals, in study, life and for the future in society.Coaching the leaders to be facilitators at a preparation meeting, these will be prepared to ensure the best outcome of the 48 hour camp, where each basic group will work with one specific challange. The challanges will be handed out by companies/organisations and after 48 hours in the fast track, each group will present their produkt, soulution, and supplying ideas to the director of each of joining organisations. Local politicians and dissicion makers will be invited and expected to join this final event. During the 48 hours the groups will remain situated at their locations, they will meet pit-stops, reflective speakers corners and have feed back on status of their innovative proceses from the professional coachers. Basic needs as consumption, resting, sleeping in sleepingbags and personal hygiejne will take place inside each location as well, to the group to decide when, with their deadlines in mind.A main point is, that the challanges and solutions must be really real - something they could need and buy in real life, and useful product developments for the companies/organisations.
