To begin with, our project will be carried out by the Trade and Marketing department as well as the French department. Secondly, four teachers will take part in it and our profile will be determined by our knowledge of the internships field of our students in Vocational training.
The main objective consists on observing a “job shadowing” in the destination country and host business centre while the students from the reception school complete their internships in a company. Moreover, we will analyse their assessment criteria and student selection criteria in the period of FCTs in a Vocational Training school in France.
The impact on our pupils will be shown through near future mobility projects and the work in an educational blog in English and French set up and developed by the candidate students for mobilities. Consequently, they will have to write in English or French and both languages will be our main ways of communication.
In addition, we will create the possibility of starting a new undertaking project to sell our local products in France. This way, our students are going to work on their digital and language competence.
To conclude, the forecoming benefits on the long term are divided into two fields.
First, our students will increase their interest on the vocational training profile of our course “Commerce and Marketing”, as well as in foreign languages.
Secondly, the teachers will improve their ability to communicate in English and French language as well as increase their intercultural sensitivity.
