Project Non-formal education through board games involves training for youth workers and youth exchange youth exchange for youngsters in age mostly 16 – 24 years. Bilateral project submits non-formal group Cardio Youngs created mainly young people with cardiology diseases, some of them will participate in project activities. Participants will be youngsters with health problems and so with fewer opportunities too. Partner organisation is SVČ Déčko Náchod from Czech Republic. Project takes date from 1.8.2016 until 30.9.2017. The first activity will be training for 26 youth workers, included trainers, in date 5. – 12.11.2016 in accomodation near Bratislava. After comes time of implementation of results from training to practice in organisations and to preparation of youth exchange for 30 participants, included 2 leaders from each country, which is planned in date 1. – 9.4.2017 in Terchová. Main aim of the project is to increase quality of non-formal education through board games. It comes out from need of increasing of quality with youth work through non-formal education, what means to bring new view, tools, methods and more attraction to non-formal education for young people. Board games are going in last time to fashion and youth likes it more and more. With using of board games can be non-formal education for youngsters attractiver. This gives us main goals of the project: 1. To give information from topic of non-formal education, to change view at NFE and to inspire for bigger using of NFE2. To learn youthworkers, how to prepare activity from goals to refflection and use by it board games – elements, adaptation, theme or adaptation for outdoor3. To give to youth people chance to try NFE in practice, to create examples, how we can use some things from board games and how we can find learning goals in NFE4. In youth exchange to bring together view of youthworkers with view and opinion of youngsters at the solved issue and to create complex brochure about using of board game in NFE5. To diseminate awareness about NFE and using of untraditional tools in NFEParticipants of project will learn, how to use board games for NFE, how to use elements and games system from games, how to adapt board games to outdoor version and use topics of games, and all by preparation of NFE activities. They will achieve new competences and soft-skills. They will acquaint with basic informations about NFE. We will create brochure about topic of board games in NFE, when we bring together views of youthworkers and youngsters. In project we use methods of non-formal education: group works, brainstorming, icebreakers, energizers, discussions, presentations, evaluations methods, outdoor, workshops, role playing, quiz, excursion... Longterm contribution we see on implementation results of project in partner-organisation, further spreading between comunity at event during youth exchange, at educational events in Slovakia and Czech Republic, at presentation in another trainings for youthworkers.
