Youth Business Network , an informal group based in Komotini Greece is organizing a training and networking course related to the challenges and the opportunities of Non Formal Education called ‘Non Formal Education 2020 ,challenges and opportunities ‘ that will be organized in Piraeus . The program lasts for seven full days will arrival day on 12th of December 2016 and departure day , 189th of December 2016 .Participants from Greece ,Latvia,Estonia ,Hungary, F.Y.R.O.M ,Slovenia and Poland will actively involved to our training course. Improving the impact of Non Formal Education (NFE), principles and methods in empowering young people as real actors of the society (from local to Europe). This youth exchange will be the second project ,after the implementation of our training course related to Non formal education, the previous one was the process of quality commitment to non formal education .Non formal education gives the chance to young people to develop a number of competences through different kind of activities. Non-formal education has numerous advantages in personal development in comparison to traditional formal education. That’s why we strongly believe is the key solution to a numerous problems European youth are facing like unemployment and exclusion. During our exchange, the participants will improve their public speaking skills, their formal writing experience, their mathematical and statistical knowledge. They will actively participate to a survey addressing to those who are actively involved to the Non formal education. Our aim is to reach more than 500 participants, analyze that report and create useful and innovating reports related to the improvement of the existing structures of Non formal education and for sure the challenges we have to face on the road for 2020.
