A Training Course called 'Non-Formal Education is my Power!' is a project held in Poland gathering 6 other countries: Greece, Finland, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Portugal. It took place 1-5.12.2015. Its main goals were: to stimulate participants to reflect on the Non-Formal Education (NFE)by experimenting the NFE methods during the training, to raise the students' motivation by using the NFE methods back in organisations during activities, to try out different methods of NFE, to understand the power of NFE and its influence, to fight passive attitude of the students. There were 24 participants in this training plus 3 accompanying people - sign language interpreters. Half of the participants were those with fewer opportunities, 3 of them were special needs participants. They are deaf people, for whom the TC was interpreted into their national sign languages. The activities were mainly concentrated on presenting and experiencing NFE methods. At the result of the project we created NFE tools, that are or will be used back in youth work. Those tools are widely disseminated among the participating countries and others.
