Project „No Limits!”, consisting of seminar and a training course, is aimed at comprehensive defining and understanding the phenomena of inclusion and diversity, as well as learning, exchanging and adapting tools and methods of youth work, to enable operation in line with the Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy – in the field of youth, and other key for the topic documents of the EU. The project is designed for workers and co-workers of partner organisations from 10 European countries – Bulgaria, Croatia, Latvia, Italy, Romania, UK, Macedonia, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Poland. The project will be run with tools and methods of non-formal education. The seminar will be implemented from 5th to 12th of February 2017 in Djakovo, Croatia, while the training course will take place between 5rd and 12th of May in Krzyzowa, Poland. The project is expected to have multidimensional on participants and is designed to meet their needs regarding professional and personal development. It will also meet expectations of partner organisations, who will leverage their operational capacities by strengthening competences of their workers and co-workers, which in turn will positively affect the quality of activities for youth with fewer opportunities in Europe.
