MPTLL organises this training course with the association AVRIL. These two associations experimented in the international work with the young people and the youth actors are also head of regional network as regards the international mobility. This training course "No borders more ideas" will take place in Siouville Hague in France from 6th till 13th of December 2015. This action is a part of a global project of development of the international mobility for the young people of the department of Manche and more widely the region Lower-Normandy. The European partners are in the same position of rmultipliers in their countries and on their own territory. All the European partners are on territories in connection with the city of Cherbourg-Octeville, the Region lower normandy. We have co elaborated this training to allow the participants of: · Experimence the non formal Education in an intercultural context. · European project as dynamics of territory. · Create and test together the methods and the tools of raising awareness to the International Mobility. · Create international partnerships. · Education by peers. · Bring awareness concretely to the international mobility and the international opening on territories. · linguistic support for French and european to communicate in English 28 participants (youth workers, volunteers, professors, educators, professional of the inclusion) will be mostly beginners whether it is themselves or their organization. The trainer team will be composed by 3 people from Hungary, France and Germany. By the methods of the non formal Education: experiment-débriefing-analyse; situation scenario; role plays; energyzers; games; theoretical contributions; active participation and evaluation. A collective reflection will be led on assets and interests of the international mobility for the young people. The participants will reflect together then will build sessions of raising awareness with young people by meeting and also with youth actor (public Forum on December 11th). They will evaluate exactly each session and will use the results and the effects on their territories when they will be back. The implication from the beginning of each mandated partners will guarantee the impact of this training on every territories. This efficient impact will encourage the mobility of youth and quality in the future projects. It's already planned that the european group partner build together future projects on technical topics in the field of intercultural learnship and international citizenship.
