This project aims to promote awareness among young people about European youth policies and contributing to a more active and conscious European citizenship. To achieve these objectives, the project aims to empower and train youth volunteers in the field of social interest, and integrate them into our context of action at the cultural, political and human level. The main challenge is training in European youth programs (Professional internship, Erasmus + Youth): what they are, how they work, how to write projects and follow up, etc. The volunteer is also involved in the daily work of the host association. Be assigned practical tasks to develop, always helped by Nexes team, but with great autonomy. In addition, the volunteer plans and implements a personal project that will develop during your stay in Barcelona. It must be coherent with the context and needs, and will be a proposal to build on the volunteer's interests and takes into account the characteristics and resources of the association.
