- the development of entrepreneurship and creativity in adult learners
In order to reach these aims employees of the applicant organisation participated in the following mobilities:

In terms of project management the project was implemented in close cooperation with the partners. The persons who implemented the mobilities work as language teachers, teacher trainers and management staff for the applicant organisation. Participation in the trainings was of benefit for the participants increasing their professional skills and in consequence improved the work of the applicant organisation and thus benefited the local community. The increase in participants'
skills resulted in the improvement of the already offered courses and projects and in the development of new activities. The cooperation with partners who are specialised in their respective areas resulted in insights into the management of successful organisations and will be used as a good example for the development of the applicant organisation. In this way the project has short, medium and long term benefits for the applicant organisation, the participants and the local community resulting in a higher quality of offered trainings, the development of new courses, the increase in cooperation and mobility on a European level and the increase in skills both of the trainers and the trainees.
