The project is based on the results of a project developed during the first stage of the Leonardo da Vinci programme, with the objective of providing training in industrial maintenance.During this first project, the partners monitored the training of some IT technicians using the teaching pack. Their reactions led the partnership to adapt the teaching pack for industrial maintenance for use in after-sales service and maintenance in the informatics field.The project should have the following results:° a booklet setting out the key skills required of users and persons responsible for maintaining informatics tools;° a training module for users of informatics tools;° a training module for persons responsible for maintenance.The booklet will be available on paper. The computerised/electronic format of the modules will be determined during the project. Both products will be available in French, German, English, Greek, Romanian and Czech.
