With our planned project we would like to improve quality and innovation at our school.In the schoolyear 2016/17 we are planning to send two teachers to the school community of Strängnäs in Sweden. we are planning to visit two or three differentschools. Our emhpasis here will be teaching and learning in heterogeneous groups, strategies for inclusion and the use of new teaching methods like interactive whiteboards.Four teachers will be sent to England, France and Spain between January 2017 and June 2018. They are going to attend teacher training courses about the following issues: new methodology in the classroom, use of new media, working with inclusion and teaching in hetergeneous groups.With the actions described we want to improve our teaching methods in order to include all pupils at our school. We want to strengthen and increase motivation among pupils as well as teachers. Furthermore, we want to be part of the European concept of education and increase intercultural competences.All the activities mentionend will be part of our school profile and of our curriculum.
