The purpose of the exchange - within the mobility of youth programme is: to improve the entrepreneurship of the inexperienced, help the disadvantaged, unemployed youngsters to create the foundation of their self-sustaining life. Raise their awareness in the topic of the self-employing methods offered by the internet and the benefits of these, form such skills and competences which are required to start their own enterprises. Whit tools of non-formal teaching - learning from each other, and learn while playing we prepare them to start their own venture.The necessity of this project is based on a survey, where 72 out of the 100 asked young adults are met with difficulties in getting job. Among the ranks of the large families this ratio is even worse 91 of 100 are dealing with unemployment. The young generation is in search for the solution, but they don't know where to start. Because of this, our projects goal is to improvement of entrepreneurial skills. Participants: 36 unemployed youngster between 18 – 30 year old form Germany, Serbia, and Hungary with 4 teamleaders. Among the participants we are aiming for gender balance. The main aspect in the process of selecting the participants are: basic English skill, and basic knowledge of computers. From all the participants 27 are in some sort of disadvantaged situation. The place of the exchange located at: Szarvas, Erzsébet park MOHOSZ youth hostel.Date: August, 2016 12-23, 10 daysWe are consider it important to learn about each other’s culture and cultural habits during the time spawn of the exchanges. Furthermore we’d like to emphasize the necessity of the included healthy lifestyle and sports, because it enhances persistence and an efficient social relation building tool. The exchange are made from different parts, the participants will share their research findings, the already tested and working methods. Based on these we going to develop ideas for new enterprises. Heavily counting on multi and intercultural experiences. We will listen the story of two young online entrepreneurs. For each tasks we form mixed groups form the participant. We applying various methods for enhancing the entrepreneurial skills like: sports traditional plays, quizes, different forms of craft. For the improvement problem-solving skills, and conflict management we play situational games.In the establishing phase of the program we will make a group on Facebook for communication and PR purpose.At post-production we will make a 10 chapter pamphlet to inspire other young people. During programs whit our partners we will learn about the benefits of the Erasmus Plus applications. Our goal is to establish long lasting friendships and help each other in order to become a productive, and proud citizen of the European Union.
