Start up your career was a 6-day long training course with the aim to motivate youngsters eager to do their own business and help them energize their start up. Training course was held in Slovakia, namely in Košice with the 25 youthworkers, starting young business men, high , young people and leaders actively involved NGOs, volunteers in the field of business and coming from Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Romania and United Kingdom.. The aim of this project was to activate the participants and help them with their starting business in order to fight against youth unemployment. By developing their business ideas and team work we wanted to achieve that each participant to work on business plan which will be presented to start up organizations. At the same time, we wanted to introduce new techniques and methods needed for successful start of business and this way avoid the unemployment. Since the project was focused on business, we invited active young entrepreneurs as motivators, who were open to help, advise and guide their start up idea and help them to take the right direction. The entire project was implemented on the basis of non-formal education, which we consider to be effective and beneficial. Multicultural environment and pleasant atmosphere will contribute that the activities will be carried in active, participative spirit. Specifically, we build on the game models, learning by doing, mind maps, discussions in small and large groups. Participants were presented meaningful, enjoyable and practical activities. Detailed developed program guaranteed the achievement of the objectives, which were also aimed at international cooperation and quality networking in long-term nature. We believe that the visibility of the project through on-line platform and medias will help to public including universities and region governments with familiarizing with starting the trend of start-up s and on one hand developing of environment for youth entrepreneurship and on the other hand to mobilize young people in the fight against unemployment.
