The improvement in technology and the change in the education process have a parallel relation. The classic - old teaching methods are not interesting for the students and the students find them boring. It is an urgent need that the educational areas have to be improved and renovated for the new generation students who have&do everything at their homes– watching LED televisions, playing games on their tablet computers, watching cartoons on the internet - . The technological infrastructure at our schools have to be improved for using 4G technology and fiber internet. It is important for the future of educational areas and the relation between the student and the school. It is inevitable for the schools to change into the new teaching approaches if they want to be successful like other European countries and also attraction centers with complete attendance by the students. At this point by scanning our education system, we aim to apply the educational practices in EU countries by using inductive method. The integration of the developing technology into education will shape our future. Our project aims to make our teachers apply the new teaching approaches with their own techniques and prepare our school for the future. We also aim to educate our eager and open minded teachers on using web tools in a proper way. For our project, we plan to participate the mobility with six eager and active people who work in our school as teachers or directors and follow every new piece of technology. “Creativity in teaching and learning using ICT: The Digital Classroom” (Madrid, Spain) : The course is designed to help teachers to start using Web 2.0 technologies in everyday classroom in a practical and realistic way. This course is intended for anyone with a desire to increase their profiency in bringing technology into the classroom. The course content is not limited to teachers of a specific subject. On the contrary it is open to teachers of all subjects and levels. The aim of the course is to enable participants to use ICT tools through Web 2.0, Social Networking, Blogging, websites from a didactical perspective and enhancing language interdisciplinary inquiry through digital classroom. Before, during and after the mobility, educational practices will be applied and the techniques will be decided according to them. So, there will be meetings for the knowledge sharing of the courses and for spreading out the new knowledge and practices. When the mobility finishes, technological improvement with new approaches will be integrated into the education system - just like in all parts of life- and this will create the future of education. The skills learnt or improved at the courses will be applied at our schools and shared with our teachers. This will make the schools attraction centers and ensure the complete attendance. In conclusion; by using ICT, it is aimed to revise the content of school subjects according to ICT, to increase the success by responding to the students in a right and needed way, to enhance the teaching methods and to reduce the number of absent students.
