Start date: Jan 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED 

The main goal of this project is to provide project managers within the UMFI Umbrella a chance to improve their work. Give them opportunities to visit DGI where they can get new ideas and tools to empower themselves in their work. The main focus will be on how to increase participation of youth in the work and how to empower volunteers. Both organizations will improve their work with this project - because by giving other organizations information and tools to use, the host has to be ready to answer questions that require a critique of their own work. this critique can influence the host in all aspects.
