Context: The project offers interniships abroad for students learning the profession IT technician. Speciality IT offers a special opportunity to work in an international environment. Students come mainly from rural areas , many of them never had the opportunity to go abroad. Main objectives: gaining professional experience abroad, the development of digital literacy and the use of ICT, learning foreign languages, acknowledgment and recognition skills using European forms ; Number and type of participants: 2 groups of 10 students from 3d year IT technician under the supervision of a teacher of vocational subjects, together 22 persons. Activities: pedagogical, cultural, linguistic and psychological preparatory lessons and work in a foreign company, evaluation and reporting. Methods used in the project: communication using Internet, working with graphic software and WWW sites editors; using foreign languages italian and english. Results : - Increase the mobility of students and the skill for future professional duties, ability to manage among people of different cultures and the ability to establish contacts and cooperation. - Knowledge of European labor law, contracting, compensation, internship organizational systems . - Work experience will also increase significantly their professional competences. - There will be an increase in motivation for future mobility, improve students level of education not only vocational but linguistic and cognition of European culture. - Increased tolerance for other cultures and a sense of belonging to the EU. - Promoting transnational cooperation between vocational training institutions and enterprises to improve entrepreneurship students and their employability . - Develop innovative teaching methods and practical application of EU transparency tools for determining the eligibility.
