The project will be implemented by the Professional Agricultural High School of "Stefan Tsanov" Knezha as home institution and Industrial Institute of Agricultural Engineering Poznan, Poland as a host institution. It addresses the mobility of 20 students from specialties "Agricultural Mechanization" and "Plant Protection and Agrochemistry". As accompanying persons will be two teachers. The selection of the beneficiaries of the project will be implemented by all students of 12th grade of these subjects. The need for implementation of the project stems from the needs of users to compete in the labor market; to be able to communicate and coordinate their work better in team work; the provision of new agricultural equipment for their direct action can save work and repair and implement new ways of working. Goals that we set in the project implementation are common, according to the European Union Strategy "Europe 2020" and specific pertaining to raising the professional skills and competencies of the beneficiaries. For the successful implementation of mobility provides the group to be prepared to some extent with the history and culture of Poland, and the Polish educational system. Mobile practice will take place from 28.03. to 11.04.2015, the participants will be divided into farms / crop and livestock / and enterprises in the production of agricultural machinery. These companies are in partnership and provide our partner - PIMR their centers for the practice of their students in agricultural and technical specialties. Organization prior to mobility - insurance, transportation, etc. is the responsibility of Professional Agricultural High School of "Stefan Tsanov" Knezha, and during the exchange is the responsibility of the host organization. After the return of the group should prepare the accounts – from the participants and the project team. Dissemination of results involves a number of activities such as organizing a regional conference with vocational schools, Roundtable with employers, informational meeting with local authorities and with other media representatives and promotional materials. The expected results of the project are end-users to increase both their personal qualifications and multicultural and linguistic competence. Moreover, it is very important to adapt to the requirements as to the national and at the European labor market by becoming mobile professionals.
