"My Life, my way" is an youth exchange project dedicated to the themes "migration" and "discrimination", involving young groups between 18 to 25 years, coming from Naples (Italy), Marseille (France), Riga (Latvia), Istanbul (Turkey) and Buzau (Romania). It is the third appointment of a project started in Turkey in Mai 2012 and continued in Latvia in December 2013, and will take place in Naples from 1 to 9 Juni 2015. The project aimed at finding reflecting areas about the life condition of migrants, to exchange and to share esperiences about the situations in the other participants countries, removing differences among the participants self and searching at the same time common points. The non formal work methodologies adopted during this youth exchange, are based on experimental activities followed by evaluation and they'll stimulate the active participation, the understanding for different life situations, tollerance for the diversity, and they'll also open the way to the active and responsible role in the multicultural society. The participants coming from disadvantged life situations (economic, social) and they all have migrants backgrounds. The reports in the activities and in the "discussion" of their direct experiences with the themes - in the school, by der relationships with friends and/or at work - it will be here used as start point for the themes-transfer from the locat to the international context, setting in the international economic crisis and more in the education systems failure, reasons for the actually migration.
"My Life, my Way" promote the differences as strenghths, know how and competences. The project hopes for positive changes on the living conditions of the participants, but also concerning the sensibility and the responsibility of the territories.
