"My career, my decision" is a youth exchange bringing together young people and youth leaders from Slovenia, Northern Ireland and Germany that are eager to learn about each others cultures and everyday lives and at the same time gain some new skills that will make them more employable. The exchange will take place in August 2014 in Slovenia and will use non formal learning methods (social and team building games, role playing, world cafe, etc.) to discover who we are and were are we going with our career paths.
