Project aims at widening and deepening co-operation networks between local and regional authorities as well as other actors in Estonia and in Uusimaa region in Finland. Mutual themes are found in the social sector focusing on the following themes: 1) homelessness and housing-related social problems 2) children, youth and families 3) education and employment. Main activities consist of exchange of personnel of municipal authorities, seminars, study visits and training activities. Target areas: Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo, Kauniainen, Järvenpää, Nurmijärvi and Karkkila (Uusimaa, Finland) and Tallinna and Counties of Harju, Järva, Jõgeva and Rapla, (Estonia).
