The overall objective of the project is to establish effective cross-border cooperation in the border areas of Lithuania, Poland and Russia, removing barriers, creating convenient environment for cultural development across borders, increasing social inclusion, promoting contacts, building trust trough collaboration and working out solutions on common challenges and problems. Achievements: 1. Long-term cooperation agreement signed by the managers of partner theatres from Lithuania, Poland and Russia.2. 15 performances staged (5 in each country).3. One joint script established in three languages.4. Three identical production designs constructed – scene decoration and costumes (1 for each theatre).5. Modernization of theaters equipment through purchasing of 6 sets of clip-on microphones (2 sets of 4 microphones for each theatre).6. 60 actors trained during three two-day international workshops conducted by 4 external experts in each country and 3 coordinators.7. 30 members of theatrical staff trained during three two-day workshops conducted by 5 internal experts in each country.8. International cooperation methodology established during eight days-rehearsals for Romeo and Juliet involving 60 actors, 30 members of theatrical staff, 13 producers and 3 coordinators. 9. About 10 000 spectators on 15 performances educated and integrated through art.10. 1500 publications made (500 for each partner) about the Multicultural Theatres, 3 press advertisements and 3 TV broadcasts made in order to promote the project.
