The project “Multicultural cooking’’ is a youth exchanges project in Turkey. As a trans-national partnership, this 7-day exchange includes organizations from Turkey, Azerbaijan and Romania with 23 participants from them. The main theme of the project is using cooking as a method for social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. The main aims of the Project is; to create awareness by showing the cultural diversity. With this Project youngs will develop their self confidence ,and create a new sight in their perspectives and lives. The Project will make a positive impact on employment ,creativity and the prevention of youth employment.Youth ,from three different country,will create a new recipe of a meal which hasn’t cooked before. The project activities will be implemented in a practise kitchen. As a methods, making presentations, preparing menus, servicing, taking photos etc. The culinary culture of each country will be introduced.Each country will organize cultural nights to introduce their traditional culinary,culture, dance, music etc. Specialized chiefs will make presentations about national and international culinary. There will be cultural and historical trips to make observations on traditional cuisines.
