- Business (Plan) Presentations
The methods used were based upon innovative tools such as Business Model Canvas and Lego Serious Play, embedded in the activities related to business analysis and development, putting the participants as such in ideal situation with innovative instruments and methods.
IMPACT ON PARTICIPANTS
1. Developed entrepreneurial mindset and skills will allow the participants to consider creation of own business as a possible carreer path, and if they pursue this path it will contribute to the success of their business. There has been an increase in considering setting up their own business among participants in the programme.
2. Development of individual skills- dealing with social situations, confidence building, learning abilities/style changes, increased awareness of self and others - has resulted in personal development, recognised by the participants and their teachers/tutors.
2. Familiarisation with organisations, their activities and culture outside of Spain will result in increased intercultural competences and ability to work and communicate with people of different backgrounds - which will be useful whether they choose to have own business or seek employment
4. Insights into expanded opportunities, so that the participants can develop and manage their career plans.
MOVIN´ has been innovative in its vision of the approach to mobilities itself, as well as with regards to the contents. By opting for a group mobility, integrating different VET disciplines in the same group and working in multidisciplinary teams as a basis for the programme has been a clear choice for innovation. Taking into account that the participants are not used to work experience abroad and in many cases did not travel outside of Spain, the fact that the mobility took place in a group lowered definitely the barrier for participation.
