The project aims to raise the linguistic compete so important in the current job market (English) by the presented films and workshops Expanding horizons through cultural and artistic films and workshops presented Raising awareness of environmental pro ( Fair Trade , Global education ) through the presented films and lectures Increasing confidence in their own strength, assertiveness and competitiveness in the labor market through workshops about the new forms of employment Integrating intercultural increasing the mobility of young people in the labor market through workshops and presentations , cultural and artistic . The project also aims at presenting some aspects of cognition associated with new cultures - each of the groups will present his party integration , and what's with that binds increasing employment opportunities throughout Europe through the creation of new forms and career opportunities associated with art and ecology . Raising the linguistic compete is the key to success in international markets , as well as to take the young people working in multinational corporations and the possibility of applying for international internships . Implementing the project will be based on the principle of equality of sexes , and all actions were launched projects will mitigate exclusion and will boost opportunities for young people access to education . Leading design activities will benefit from exciting , innovative methods of using films to learn and stimulate intercultural dialogue and obtaining environmental information . The project will study the practical use of the language rather than bookish knowledge that young people do not know how to use in practice . The project activities will consist of : Advance Planning Visit - 2 people from each group for 2 nights - familiar with the project and representatives of groups and a visit at the center , where workshops will be held ( Gdów, Hotel Oryza ) - September / October 2014. Evaluation of progress made . In November will be held 9 day youth exchange project (one day trip ) MOVI (E ) NG ON . The meeting of all groups will be held in Krakow, where he will be the first 2-3 nights, after dinner the first integration activities - The breaking of the first ice cream , familiarization evening , the next day after breakfast workshops and play integration and the afternoon group presentations obejzy first movie theater in the elbow . In the evening another party integration . After breakfast, day 3 - presentation of film - discussion / debate and after dinner we move in August of the resort in Radoczy ( www.radoczapark.pl ) . The project will be directed to 34 people - their age closes in the range of 18-30 , with a predominance of the participants at the age of about 24 years. Partner groups also reported students aged 17-25. Each group will have a leader - at least 25 years - responsible for the whole group , moreover, the Polish side will be 4 leaders responsible for the overall conduct of activities. Classes in the project are provided in such a way that interested in both female and male part of the participants - will break the standards related to the " assigned " interests involving all participants in activities associated with the exploration of professional paths . Everyone will have the chance to discover their talents and find their own paths of artistic expression or professional . International group will be created with a balanced participation of women and men during the workshop .
