This project aims to contribute to the enhancement of technical personnel working in the vocational training fields of our association ACIST, broadening their skills, and allowing them to contact with new realities and cultures. The acquisition of knowledge and techniques at the international level is fundamental and enriches the current context, because it allows benchmarking, a reflection on the best practices and the incorporation of new methodologies.According to the needs mentioned above, this project intends to: . Facilitate skills development and, technical and behavioral skills of training technicians;. Stimulate the development of language and social and professional skills;. Contribute to mobility and transnational nature of professional knowledge and techniques;. Incentive the contact with other socio-cultural realities, both in the personal development level or the professional level;. Share new perspectives and ideas showing the best that is made in Europe in the technical and scientific areas, and connecting them to society and businesses.It is expected that participants, after the end of their mobility period, will put into practice the knowledge learned. The expected results of the participants in this project relate, not only to the level of technical and behavioral skills development, but also in terms of technicians work impact in the dynamics and routines of the organization.The project also aims to strengthen the existing cooperation with some institutions and extend these partnerships to others with equal credibility. The experience gained from the work done in collaboration with working groups in different areas, and learning new professional techniques are essential for constant development and innovative practices. Achieving the presented goals we will able to create business network contacts suitable to our country needs, in terms of technical staff and the growth challenges that contemporary society presents.
