Our Erasmus+ project is based on our School Project and a European Class involving students for 12 years. We would like our staff (primary school and vocational teachers, secretaries,...) to improve their language and teaching skills. We want to create an enriching multi-subjects team spirit open on the International field. We are willing to promote our industrial class lacking of students at the moment while companies are desperately looking for workers in France. We also want to create a strong and lasting partnership with the University of Tourism in Bournemouth to send our students learning reception and services within a Leonardo framework. 10 members of our OGEC Charmilles (teachers and administrative staff) will travel to European countries to either follow language courses, do job shadowing, or visit exhibition with local Companies to improve and develop their linguistic and didactic skills. A widened leading committee will help the staff with the administrative tasks, to launch activities, to update our website, to measure the effects of the different actions. We would appreciate that the whole team feels concerned and wishes to get involved in this international experience.
