The Youth House of Guimarães want with this application, addressing specific issues such as the problem of dropout and failure from school, but also the equality of gender in opportunities and access to the labor market and promote inclusion and integration of young people as fewer opportunities in order to respect what we all mean by social equality, without gender discrimination, economic or social condition.Their reality is marked by the risk of exclusion and even social exclusion, by poor habitation, unemployment, school dropout, school failure, unmotivation, gender discrimination, lack of objectives and horizons at the school level and at a professional one. People with problems of mobility, jobless, poor command of foreign languages, low qualifications and skills, with low or no self-esteem, and with little or no personal opportunities or professional ones.On the basis of many of the problems faced by young people in our society, is always education. Now this is a project that focused on non-formal education, we want to profit to the youth motivation and believe that the investment in education is always worthwhile, and that the greater the training and qualification, the greater are the chances of having good job and better paid.Looked at diagnosis of the situation, that in Portugal there are many young people who drop out of their school career, in high schools, or in higher education. The reasons are many, and range from a lack of motivation, lack of family support, lack of economic conditions, successive school failure and family situations characterized by abuse of alcohol and drugs by the parents, who are often part of the problem and not the solution.It is our intention that this project will increase the opportunities and tools available to young people so that they can integrate the labor market in a more qualified manner and not become unemployed, especially for long periods of time, which as we know only aggravates more the context of social exclusion in which these young people are. We want to enable, particularly in women, who end up being the most penalized by this situation, to provide equality so everyone can have equal income for equal work, and there is a real equality of opportunity, whether in access to education or in the access to a given post work.The objectives of the project intend to address, minimize and try to resolve these same issues, promoting school success, the domination of foreign languages, motivation, staying in school and going to higher education or vocational training, promote and raise awareness of equality and social inclusion, giving more opportunities in employment, provide vocational and career guidance, low youth unemployment, teach and assist in job search, raise awareness of the aspects as values and justice, analyses labor market, developing skills , abilities and consciousness, and stimulating entrepreneurship.Will participate in activities about 50 young people from Turkey and Portugal in activity and in the dynamic that will be made like small performances of theater, photography exhibitions, short films video session, music concerts, sporting activities, awareness campaigns, laboratories, round tables, workshops, cultural visits and murals.Regarding methods, methods will be used such as the life review, the roll playing, debates, discussions and talks, structured dialogue, surveys, banners, posters, flyers, visual arts, communications, relationship godfather godson and team building , Pedy paper and games.About the participants, they will be more motivated to for learning, with more personal and professional horizons, with greater knowledge of foreign languages, more cooperative and tolerant, more savvy about the tools and European institutions, more educated, more aware, with more success in school, wanting to go to higher education, with more social and employment opportunity, reducing by this way the risk and even social exclusion They will have more knowledge and skills, more competencies, more vocational certainties, professional and personal ones, will be fairer, more equal, and will be more included in their environment and society will be more professional, more responsible, more generous and humble, more entrepreneurs, more aware of their rights and duties as European citizens, more aware of their role and European and values, drastically changing their life’s and those with whom they live.Will impact the local, regional, national, European, changes in the community, in young people, and in organizations, because they will change the region with the example, changes to Europe because this situations will gain a new fighter.
