The studies and works are conducted in automotive sector for new sustainable measures to prevent the environmental pollution because of technological developments. The decrease of exhaust emissions and use of electric or hybrid engine vehicles are the actual subjects to be followed up for this purpose. The emission standard values, limiting the atmosphere exhaust degree, is decreasing day by day. This increases the tendency in use of environment friendly hybrid and electric engine vehicles. The training and on-the-job training in Spain and Czech Republic are planned for teacers to follow up the recent developments in these subjects. Thus, the teachers will learn the latest information about the subjects and transfer this information to their students in the scope of the project. Many students, graduated from Motor Vehicles Technologies Department of vocational high schools, are employed in the care and maintenance services in automotive sector in order to meet the intermediate staff need. The students will observe European standards and practices about their fields and train themselves as more qualified staff in their professions in the scope of the project. It is aimed in the project that the students will have a professional point of view and learn the system used in Europe as a result of participation in 2 weeks of training organized in Italy in the scope of the project. The participants will be consisted of the teachers in Motor Vehicle Technologies departments of consortium member high schools in the first (Czech Republic) and second (Spain) mobility activities. There will be 17 teachers in both mobility activities. 8 teachers from Batman Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, 5 teachers from İlhan Parseker Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, 2 teachers from Otomotiv Endüstrisi İhracatçılar Birliği Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and Batman Vocational Training Center will participate in the project. 10 students from Batman Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, the coordinator institution, and 5 students from other consortium member organizations will participate in apprenticeship activity in the second mobility (Italy). The participant students are in the 10th, 11th and 12nd classes of the Motor Vehicles Department.
